• Comfort: A comfortable and well-maintained speedboat equipped for a pleasant travel experience.
• Optional Add-ons: Potential add-on services or packages, depending on the provider, such as guided tours or additional amenities. (Must be arranged in advance)
• Also Included: Bottled water, Snorkelling Equipment, fuel, Safety Equipment, music system, mooring fees. Even have have a go at driving the boat.
• Anything Else: Even have a go at driving the boat while being supervised.

Offer Exclusions:

• Meals: Food and beverages are not included in the offer. (Unless otherwise stated)
• Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases or expenses during the trip are not covered.
• Additional Activities: Optional activities, tours, or excursions beyond your time onboard the boat service are not part of the offer (Mainly 3rd party attractions like caves and also dining out.
• Gratuities: Tips or gratuities for the crew members are not included.
• Special Requests: Any specific or personalized services beyond the standard offering may not be included.
• Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging their own holiday travel insurance coverage. Guests are of course covered during their time onboard. However for any shoreside activities you may wish to partake in we do recommend people to hold there own personal / holiday insurance / phone or electronics insurance.
• Lost or Damaged Items: The service does not cover any lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Photography / Film & Electronic Equiptment: Photography Film and electronic equipment is not provided in this service (laptops, Go Pro's, Cameras, Drones etc. Please bring your own if you wish to use them. We can provide Photographers as an extra if required and booked in advance - please

Items Customers Should Bring:

• Valid Identification: Customers must carry government-issued identification for verification purposes.
• Reservation Confirmation: Proof of reservation or booking confirmation for the Speedboat Tour. (Online or Printed)
• Appropriate Attire: Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for the journey, considering weather conditions, Including for going ashore.
• Sun / Wind Protection: Sun Cream, Sun glasses, Hats, Wind Breaker.
• Money: Cash (Euros) For 3rd party Attractions (If Cave visits are part of your tour you will require cash to pay for entry €5 - €15 per person depending on attraction).
• Clothing: Towels, Swimwear, Possibly Rock shoes.
• Essentials: Any necessary medications, personal items, or travel essentials for the duration of the journey.
• Payment Method: Pre-Payment for tour required.
• Snacks/Water: Water and snacks for personal consumption during the journey, if desired, You will have the opportunity to purchase snacks on shore during your tour.

Specific Requirements for Participants:

1. Reservation Confirmation: Participants must book reservations in advance to secure their speedboat tour.
2. Timely Arrival: Passengers should arrive at the designated pickup point on time to ensure a prompt departure.
3. Valid Identification: Each participant must carry valid identification for verification purposes before boarding.
4. Adherence to Safety Measures: Passengers must comply with safety guidelines provided by the crew for a secure journey.
5. Luggage Limitations: Participants should adhere to specified luggage limitations to ensure space availability and safety onboard.
6. Respectful Conduct: Maintaining respectful behavior towards crew members and fellow passengers is expected throughout the journey.
7. Compliance with Regulations: Participants must follow all local and maritime regulations during the Speedboat tour.
8. Payment Confirmation: Confirmation of payment or proof of reservation should be presented before boarding the water taxi. (Tickets in Digital or paper format)

• Maximum Guests Allowed: 6 people + 1 Standard Size backpack each
• What's Included in the Offer: Bottled water, Snorkelling Equipment, fuel, Safety Equipment, Friendly English Speaking skippers, music system, mooring fees.
• What's Not Included in the Offer: Food, drinks, entry into 3rd party attractions. (Unless the tour states it is included, separately in the offer) Caves entry fees are not included.

Weather Conditions / Cancellation / Refunds:

• If EMBARK D.O.O (Trip Operator) have to cancel: Embark d.o.o aim to fulfil any booked trips/tours, If due to unfavourable weather conditions or any un-foreseeable reason we are not able too carry out your speedboat trip at the agreed time, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date that works for you.
• If you (The client / booker) needs to cancel: Please see our terms and conditions on our website for a full breakdown. Please note: In order to honour your booking we reserve a boat for you and your guests at the time of you booking for your reserved time / day. We then turn away other clients to honour your booking. As a company we do not over book tours/trips. Which means we sadly are not able to cancel last minute and offer full refunds - Please see terms and conditions for refund amounts that are agreed at the time of booking. Incase of cancellation we do advise considering holiday insurance for unfortunate eventualities that may occur that are out of our control as the service provider
• Cancellation Insurance: Incase of last minute cancellations from the client. We strongly advise you to hold holiday insurance. Holiday insurance should cover any unfortunate eventualities that may occur from the clients side. Sadly some aspects are out of our control as the service provider (Client Sickness, Missed flights / Connections etc)
• Sea State: Please note after strong winds the sea state may be too rough for your tour to operate in certain areas. For example outside Split Gate the sea state can take 24+ hours to calm down. What might look calm when sheltered at a mainland port can be very different nearer Hvar/Vis Island. If your skipper deems the seas state will make a very uncomfortable ride we will offer you an alternative route/date or a full refund.
